This bonus room turned playroom is an extension of the rest of the family home.
This playroom not only functions as a play space, but also second living room & guest sleeping quarters. In keeping with the home's existing aesthetic, we opted for a more neutral palette; black and white with warm woods, natural elements & plants.
Limiting brightly coloured plastic toys and opting for more natural objects and woven baskets for storage keeps with the environmentally mindful nature of this home. Eclectic pieces from travels are thoughtfully placed throughout. Complete with kids kitchen & role play area.

Whether you're planning a renovation or simply ready for a room refresh, my Design & Styling Consultation is the perfect place to start!
Typically this consultation takes an hour (if your project is larger scope, we can book for 1.5hrs) where we will discuss your project in detail; your vision, what works for you & what doesn't, your requests & requirements, your budget and how to best maximize it. Although in-person & on-site would give me the best idea of the flow & function of your space, there is also the option of meeting virtually!
Common topics of discussion may include but are not limited to - basic paint colours & colour palettes, layout changes, placement of decor & artwork, trade referrals, lighting, styling, window treatments, etc.
By the end of our consultation, I will have provided you with plenty of new ideas & resources to work with in the updating and/or styling of your home & space! If you decide to work with me in implementing the next phase of the design process, we will spend a little extra time discussing next steps.
In the days following, I will email you a Consult Follow-Up noting our discussion & time spent together. I will also provide you with more on my services & pricing based on the scope of your impending project.
