Little Legault's
'Moody Bohemian' - Two busy littles with a love for all things nature; aged two & four.
This bonus room turned playroom is an extension of the rest of the family home.
This playroom not only functions as a play space, but also second living room & guest sleeping quarters. In keeping with the home's existing aesthetic, we opted for a more neutral palette; black and white with warm woods, natural elements & plants.
Limiting brightly coloured plastic toys and opting for more natural objects and woven baskets for storage keeps with the environmentally mindful nature of this home. Eclectic pieces from travels are thoughtfully placed throughout. Complete with kids kitchen & role play area.
Little Miss
"Feminine & bohemian' - this little girl is transitioning from nursery to big kid bedroom.
Creating a more mature space that will grow with her for years to come.
Various shades of grey, white, and pink softened with natural light woods & wicker for a more bohemian & relaxed vibe. A more neutral palette allows for various styles of bedding to be interchanged with ease. Hand-painted pink arch for visual interest and a pop of colour.
Out with the crib and in with the twin-sized bed - mattress kept lower to the ground for this petite toddler. Prints and photos can easily be swapped out of the simple white frames if needed. Complete with space to play and reading nook with seating & plenty of books.
